On behalf of our client in Munich we are still looking for IT support. The position is permanent and start date is asap.
Responsibilities:
• Ensure the timely and accurate generation of all internal and external (Service Level Agreement) reports
• Maintain consistency and standardization amongst the various types of reports and databases used and manage the various reporting tools (CA Oblicore Guarantee, SAP BO & Crystal Reports) utilized by the Service Reporting Team
• Support & further develop the Adapters, Adapter Events, Correlation Engine and Business Logic modules of CA Oblicore Guarantee
• Support and Administrate the Business Objects and Crystal reporting environments for existing and new customers, being able to create and distribute reports
• Develop a data warehouse and subsequent reporting enhancements, including the creation of new reporting templates and analytical reports
• Recommends establishment of new or modified reporting methods and procedures to improve report content, quality and completeness of information
Requirements:
• Excellent database knowledge (mainly: SQL, Oracle & MySql. DB2 a plus)
• Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong knowledge and comprehension of technology and data management used in the process of collecting, storing and retrieving data
• Good knowledge of ITIL best practices
• Strong analytical skills
• Attention to details, in particular as it relates to completeness and accuracy of data
• Fluency in English (written and spoken)
• Project Management skills would be a plus
Knowledge in more than one, at least two, of the following tools or good knowledge in all of them:
• Service Level Management tools in particular CA Oblicore Guanrantee version 7
• SAP Business Objects (Enterprise, Crystal Reports, Web Intelligence, Analyze and/or Data Universe)
• Standard and advanced SQL
• ETL Tools
