Data Scientist (f/m)
Your Responsibilities:
• Run independent research projects
• Apply statistical techniques to large/high-frequency data
• Document analyses and research projects in a clear and comprehensible way for other departments
• Implement analytical algorithms in functional programming
• Close collaboration and communication with the Software Development teamYour Profile:
• Bachelor of Science or higher in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science or similar
• Experience with Linux/MacOS, Haskell, machine learning
• Experience with large/high-frequency data analysis and optimization problems
• Knowledge of programming languages such as Ruby, Python/NumPy/SciPy and ideally tools such as R, MongoDB and Hadoop
• Beneficial: industry experience, publications, conference participation, open-source projects
• Very good communication skills (verbally and written) in English; German a plus
• Profound analytical skills
