On behalf of our client in Munich we are still looking for IT support. The position is permanent and start date is asap.
Responsibilities:
• Initiate technical work to create, evolve and support automated solutions for service impact management and automated incident recovery, correlation and escalation in the network area
• Energize to the evolution of the monitoring framework in line with the actual requirements of our permanently changing network infrastructure
• Drive the evolution and expansion of the automation services to achieve high service level fulfillment
• Inspire the colleagues
Requirements:
• Significant (minimum 5 years) working experience in network monitoring and solid network engineering skills
• Solid understanding of network technology and protocols (MPLS, TCP, UDP, SNMP, OSI, VLAN, GWAN)
• Relevant experience in administration and programming of HP/OV
• Familiarity with NW devices (CISCO, Brocade, F5)
• Relevant work experience in Shell programming, Perl, Python, XML.
• Programming skills preferable in Java
• CCNP or higher will be a large plus
• Fluency in English (written and spoken)
